Meet the Traveller
Some people collect souvenirs. I collect recipes, stories, legends, and the occasional curious thing that seemed like a good idea at the time.
I wander through imagined realms with a notebook, a healthy appetite, far too many questions, and Martti at my side. Wherever there is a kitchen fire, a market stall, an old inn or a table worth sitting at, I am likely to stop and see what can be learned — and, more importantly, what can be eaten.
The best finds make their way back to Polaris Quill: food you can cook in a real kitchen, stories worth keeping, and little pieces of worlds that never existed — except perhaps while you are here.
